The first FATF plenary under the presidency of Elisa de Anda Madrazo of Mexico concluded on October 25, 2024 in Paris. Mr. Saoudia Mohamed, Head of the Financial Intelligence Processing Unit (FIPU-CTRF), represented Algeria during this plenary.

Delegates from the FATF global network of more than 200 jurisdictions and observers from international organizations participated in three days of discussions on key issues related to money laundering, terrorist financing and proliferation financing.
